Dear customer, please read the important information before placing an order!
Production time:
Each order requires a personalized approach and color selection, so please keep in mind that production time takes 7-10 business days (2 full weeks), and delivery time takes 20 business days. We will send you a photo to your email address once the order is ready to ensure that you are satisfied with it.
Order and delivery time:
Dried and preserved flowers can be stored for a minimum of 3-5 years, but the best option is to place an order 3-4 months before your wedding day. Delivery takes 20 business days (4 full weeks). We package each item very securely to ensure that the bouquets look perfect for your special day!
Storage:
Please remove all packaging from the arrangements and store the bouquets away from moisture and direct sunlight. Use a regular blow dryer (if needed) to give the pampas grass volume. Keep away from animals.

To create perfect bouquets for your perfect day, please provide us with the following information:
- Your wedding day
- Color palette for your wedding
- Your wedding theme/decor (e.g., boho, traditional, rustic, etc.)
- Send us a photo of the bouquet you like
